Applicants should hold a leadership or senior position in one of our Four Pillars within a financial services company operating in a regulated industry.
Member Recommendations
Endorsements from existing members are preferred and help strengthen an application; however, applications without a recommendation will still be given full consideration.
Aspiring Leaders
Exceptional emerging professionals demonstrating clear potential for leadership may also be considered. In such cases, a referral or mentorship from a current member is encouraged to support their development within the community.
